For refunds please follow these steps

  1. Check to ensure that the COMPLETE® product you have is a COMPLETE® MoisturePLUS™ contact lens solution product.
    This recall only pertains to COMPLETE® MoisturePLUS™ contact lens solution; all other COMPLETE® product is unaffected.
  2. Send your COMPLETE® MoisturePLUS™ bottle, with any remaining solution and if possible the carton FREEPOST to:

    COMPLETE® MoisturePLUS™ Recall Centre,
    FREEPOST NT2556,
    Gateshead, NE11 9BR.


  3. You will be refunded within 28 days

    If you do not have access to a printer then send your
    name and address with your solution
